A dynamic and visionary couple whose journey is as colorful as their diverse creative pursuits. Brought together on set amidst the bustling energy of Los Angeles, California, Angel developed her style working in costumes for film and TV while Robert honed his artistic talents working as an art director and actor. Their shared love for making things beautiful became the foundation of their partnership, leading them on an adventurous path filled with aesthetic collaborations. 

Angel and Robert started a family, navigated careers in the entertainment industry, renovated a 1920s apartment building & then built their own modern home in the Hollywood Hills. 

As life unfolded, and their daughters Georgia and Hazel grew, the two picked up stakes and moved cross-country to the idyllic and nurturing environment of Charleston, SC. Settling into their new home, they embarked on a journey of starting new businesses and creating new spaces while parenting with purpose.

While on Thanksgiving holiday visiting old friends in Mississippi, Angel and Robert felt themselves falling in love with Church Hill. The picturesque surroundings, the closeness of nature, and the charm of a close-knit community stirred their spirits, igniting a flame of inspiration. Blending their creative talents again, they have spent the past year renovating the historic home on the property, working to preserve the history of the home while updating the amenities so Field & Forest can be a comfortable, inspiring, and peaceful place for guests.
