Phase 3: Open the restaurant in Church Hill next to the market
Phase 4: Convert the barn into a sound studio/flex space below, deluxe apartment above
Phase 5: Build the first set of guest cabins on the property
Phase 6: Convert Maintenance shed to outdoor dining/ fish camp
Phase 7: Create an outdoor pavilion as an event space where groups can congregate on the property
Phase 8: Build our personal house on the property and additional guest cabins
Phase 9: Build the roadside motel near the Church Hill market for a more affordable option in Church Hill
